Who I am
I'm a DevOps Engineer at Anamata where I work on infrastructure automation and Pega development. At 2 meters tall, I have a good overview of both server racks and code architecture.
I spend most of my time writing Python and Rust, setting up CI/CD pipelines, and making sure systems don't break at 3 AM. I genuinely enjoy the challenge of building reliable infrastructure and creating tools that make mine and other developers' lives easier.
In my free time, I work on personal projects like a self-hosted chat TUI in Rust and contribute to open source when I can. I'm also a big Formula 1 fan - there's something satisfying about both well-tuned race cars and well-optimized code.

Microsoft Teams AI bot that unifies a consultancy's internal tools — leave tracking, employee handbook, seat booking, CV management — behind a single conversational interface powered by Claude
Finance Bot
Discord bot that ingests Dutch bank CSV exports, categorizes transactions with regex rules and Claude AI, and streams them to a Google Sheets budget
Homelab Infrastructure
Three-device hybrid cloud-home infrastructure with automated cross-device backups, Prometheus monitoring and alerting, recursive DNSSEC resolution, and Cloudflare Zero Trust networking

DevOps & Software Engineer
2025 — PresentMajor European bank
Sole developer of an enterprise self-service portal (React, Node.js, Oracle) used by ~20 tenants across 80+ Pega environments for pipeline management via Azure DevOps, operational audit logging, and ServiceNow ticketing. Manages incident resolution, platform upgrades, and infrastructure operations across multi-tenant DTAP environments using Ansible and AWX.
Platform & Software Engineer
2024 — 2025Nordic financial regulator
Replaced a legacy VM-based Pega setup — where only 2.5 of 150 planned case types had shipped in 4 years — with four fresh containerized DTAP environments on self-hosted Kubernetes (~18 pods each, including Kafka and SRS). Built and integrated a React portal backed by Pega's DX API with a custom OIDC flow, unifying internal and external access under strict network-separation policies and reducing the case type footprint from 150 to ~25.
DevOps Engineer
2023 — PresentEuropean staffing company
Solo-built a Java/Playwright automation that replaced a daily 10–15 minute manual health report across ~50 VMs, with CI/CD-triggered email delivery, Teams alerts, and an issue-annotation page. Created a Bash maintenance toolbox of scheduled scripts to prevent storage exhaustion and piped PDC notifications into Teams channels.
